Time: 6:00 PM (Beginners & Intermediates)

Place: 2809 W. Burbank Blvd. Burbank (Burbank Studio)

For: Beginner & Intermediate Children & Adults

ADVANCED

Date: Saturday, October 8th

Time: 9:30 AM

Place: 2809 W. Burbank Blvd. Burbank (Burbank Studio)

For: Advanced Children & Adults

Students must arrive on time. Anyone arriving late will not be allowed to test.

A clean white uniform with the school patch must be worn by all students.

It is the responsibility of the student to supply any breaking materials required for their test (boards, bricks).

The last day to register for testing will be: Thursday, October 6th

**Registering for testing is not a guarantee that you will pass the test!

**You must get permission to test from your instructor before you register for testing.
